1. What information do we collect?

We adopt technical and organisational measures to protect your data as comprehensively as possible. In addition to the commitment of our employees to secrecy and a careful selection and monitoring of our service providers, who are bound to comply with high security standards for the protection of your personal data, we also secure our operating environment adequately.
Our website uses https, which means that anything sent between your device and our servers will be encrypted, preventing others from snooping in on your data. The SSL certificate tells you that pages you visit on our website are provided by us. All of our payment processing is handled by a trusted third party and we do not store any credit card details on our systems. We use a Content Management System (CMS) that is tested from a security point of view on a regular basis. We also keep this updated to ensure that any issues that may arise get fixed. We follow best practice and adhere to the principles set out by OWASP to protect against attacks such as Cross-Site Scripting or SQL Injection.
Our website is hosted in secure data centres within the UK. Access to these services are restricted internally. Any information we have stored on databases is encrypted by default. We take backups of our website and associated services every day, and these are kept for up to 7 days. We do not use any personal information during any internal testing of our website.
6. Your rights (and how to exercise them!)
As a much loved user of our site, you have the right to request details of personal information which we hold about you as well as the purpose of its processing (you can check in Section 2] the lawful basis we rely on to process your information). You have the right to object to this processing if you wish, but please bear in mind that if you object this may affect our ability to carry out tasks above for your benefit. In addition, you have a right to demand the correction of incorrect data and the deletion of that which is inappropriate or no longer needed.
