Teme Valley Brewery Mixed Case

The Teme Valley Brewery opened in 1997 to brew for The Talbot in Knightwick, Worcestershire. All the hops used in these beers are grown in Worcestershire, Herefordshire or Shropshire and all the barley used to make the malt is grown in the UK.

3 x This (3.7% ABV, 500ml) All the easy drinking virtues of a light ale. Brewed with Worcestershire Challenger and Golding hops to give a vivid hop aroma and a subtle bitterness. Perfect with a light lunch – a ploughman’s or a sandwich.

3 x That (4.1%, 500ml) A chestnut coloured best bitter brewed with crystal malt to give a robust malt flavour. Challenger and Sovereign hops give a potent bitterness to balance any sweetness. A perfect partner to stews or meals with a rich gravy.

2 x Wotever Next (5%, 500ml) A strong, dark and bitter beer. The distinctive dry finish derives from chocolate malt and Northdown hops. A long fermentation leaves little sweetness behind. A good counter balance to a sticky dessert.

2 x Hop Nouvelle  (4.1%, 500ml) Brewed using green First Gold hops grown at Tedney, less than a mile from the brewery. Green hops are picked and then pitched to the beer within an hour of picking to give more aroma and flavour. Try it as an aperitif and savour the unique flavour. Available while stocks last.

2 x Talbot Blonde (4.4%, 500ml) A smooth, rich pale beer well hopped with Worcestershire Northdown hops. Introduced in December 2005 as a seasonal beer, but now available year round due to popular demand.
